Hi, welcome to the hottest Pilates class in town! If you’re looking for a workout that will make you sweat and leave you feeling like a total boss, then you’re in the right place.

First, let’s talk about the temperature. We like to keep things steamy here, so get ready to feel the heat! Don’t worry, though, we’ve got plenty of water to keep you hydrated.

As for the workout itself, we take traditional Pilates moves and crank up the intensity. You’ll be planking, pulsing, and pumping your way to a stronger core and leaner muscles, plus with the added heat, and you’ll be burning calories like nobody’s business.


But here’s the best thing, you’re here for more than just a workout. You’re here to have fun too! My mission is to help you get the most out of this training, so I will be blasting upbeat tunes and cheering you on every step of the way. People say good energy finds good energy, so the community here is amazing – you’ll be high-fiving your classmates and making new friends before you know it.

Hot Yoga

Welcome to the amazing world of Hot Yoga! This class is designed to make you sweat, feel great, and push your limits in the best way possible.

The heat in our studio is cranked up high to give you that feeling of being in a tropical paradise. The goal is for you to sweat out all those toxins and feel invigorated and energized by the end of the class.

We’ll provide you with plenty of water and towels to keep you comfortable, so all you have to do is show up and let the heat work its magic.

Now, let’s talk about the practice itself. Our Hot Yoga class is an incredible workout that will strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and leave you feeling fantastic. It is either a 60 or 90-minute workout designed to challenge you physically and mentally. The heat helps you move deeper into each pose and get more out of your practice, making it a truly transformative experience.


Also, this time is designed for you to focus on yourself and learn how to help your body with your mind. The class consists of 26 postures, “asanas” performed in repetitions, and 2 breathing exercises, focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility.
